Hi everyone, my name is Kayla. I was born and raised near Abilene Texas. I have gone to Jim Ned my whole life and have always been involved with the theartre. I have been in several OAP's and Fall Shows. My favorite play that I have done would have to be A Midsummers Night Dream. I love anything Shaekspeare. The only person I already know is Gary Wilson. I have known him since the 6th grade and I hope to get to know the rest of you over the summer.

Well I would like to first say "Hello" to every one. My name is Blaine Peterson, I am from Hamilton TX, I am 18 years old though I am not very experianced in drama, however what few play's I have been in I have enjoyed greatly. The story of my life is a brief one, I was born in Stephenville TX, my dad was an attorney, but now he works over in Gainsville, my mother is in the process of become a counselor and she will be working on her masters degree in Uvalde while I'm in school. I have been homeschooled most of my life, this has affored me some different experiances in my life. Such as developing strong relationship with other homeschoolers around the area, NO HOMEWORK, enjoy doing thing around the community, go to the theater at Tarelton. That was where I was first introduced to theater, I remember taking a tour with our homeschool group to see everything at the theater, backstage, costumes, lighting, all that stuff. It wasn't untill I was about 11 or 12 that I was in my first play, it was A Midsummers Nights Dream, it was proformed by our homeschool group and we had so many people apart of it that some of us younger kids had to share roles. It was really fun I played the parts of Demetrius and Puck, I had the long soliloquy at the end of the play, and even today if you give me a few minutes to look over my lines I can still remember them. Skip a few years, and go to last 2 years, I moved around alot after my parents devorced and eventualy ended up here in Hamilton, where I entered public school for the first time, as a junior, I became involved with our schools OAP that year we did My Three Angles. Hi folks. Welcome to the CJC 2006-2007 Theatre Department. Here is a place for each of you to make a post about yourselves and introduce yourself to the others of the group. You can get to know each other, and who knows, maybe even figure out who you want to be your room mate. That way when you get here, you will already know a little about each other and be more productive right off the bat. Let's make this a "active" blog. Each time you go in to check the blog, be sure to make a post. It is even OK to make two posts in a row.
