Is the charge for the dorm and food seperated from the scholarship or do I have to pay for that out of my own pocket? The first letter you sent me offering the scholarship said that they were included.

This is what the letter said:

"The cost of attending Cisco Junior college is about $5000 per year which includes housing, food, and tuition. However for you the cost would not be that much because our performing arts department is offering you a scholarship of:

________ Scholarship"

If they are not included, can I make payments or do I have to pay for them on Aug 21?
